She has worked with PPS, CAH, and RHC. She has assisted with hospitals and clinics in 7 different states with a diverse range of services. This is including but is not limited to swing beds, acute care, behavioral healthcare, therapy services, general practice, and surgical claims.

Shannon has assisted with multiple facility transitions between billing and EMR systems. She was key in transitions to CAH from PPS and fees for service to RHC. She has worked in at least 8 different EMR systems and billing systems including setting up new billing rules and configurations.

Shannon’s team keeps up to date on all developments with payors and CMS. Her team maintains the Five Es we strive to uphold at Trilogy.
