As a distinguished and experienced Clinic Operations leader for the past 11 years, she has had much success in daily operations for up to four markets of multi-specialty clinics. Her areas of professional focus are front office time of service collections, outstanding patient balances, health initiatives for quality improvement, revenue cycle and operations management, healthcare policies, creating budget plans, drafting contingency plans, conducting quality assurance testing, tracking staff resource utilization, and training healthcare professionals.
In her career, Latoya served as a Regional Clinic Operations Director for 4 hospitals. Prior to that, she was the Regional Credentialing Director for 5 hospitals for 2 years, and the Assistant Business Office Director for 4 markets for 6 years. Being detail-oriented with good organizational abilities was important for her to keep day-to-day clinical activities running smoothly. Her motivation to succeed was ensuring she was equipped with the problem-solving skills to implement a creative solution that wouldn’t compromise patient care, which resulted in positive patient and employee satisfaction scores.
Latoya has a Bachelor’s in Health Administration and a Master’s in Science Leadership with a concentration in Ministry, all from Belhaven University.
